We are blown away by the popularity of our organic vegan Green Tomato Saison in collaboration with Riverford.
This surprisingly delicate Saison resulted from a collaboration with Riverford Organic Farmers using green tomatoes that would otherwise have gone to waste. Produced using the farm’s spring water it is delicious with a with a range of foods.
Green Tomato Saison is a Belgian farmhouse style beer which is earthy and spicy but with a tartness which comes from the green tomatoes. One of the four finalists in the Taste of the West Awards 2018/19. This Belgian farmhouse style beer is perfect for those sunny evenings.
